Lesley is responsible for collecting, providing access to and preserving the BTO Archives. She also manages the Chris Mead Library.

Prior to joining BTO in 2022, Lesley worked for the University of Cambridge as a postgraduate administrator and archives volunteer. She has a particular interest in increasing the accessibility of archival collections, and is working to open up BTO’s amazing collections to new audiences.
