Sykes's Warbler
Introduction
Closely related to Booted Warbler – and from which it was only recently separated as a species – this nondescript warbler breeds further south in central Asia. It is a very rare visitor to Britain & Ireland.
The very small number of records suggest that this is an early autumn migrant, reaching our shores from the second half of August. through to early October.
